About this talk

Acute Myeloid leukemia (AML) is a specific type of cancer in which the bone marrow makes abnormal myeloblasts, red blood cells and platelets. AML is the most prevalent acute leukemia in adults. Champions Oncology has developed and optimized an 18-color Comprehensive AML Flow Cytometry panel for use in preclinical primary AML models and for exploratory clinical studies. This webinar will walk through the development of the panel and its uses from the bench to the clinic. Learning points for this webinar: • Use of flow cytometry in detection of AML • Delineation of phenotype markers in different AML subtypes • Detection of rare cell subsets and correlation with drug treatment
