The Cyber Lookback November Edition: Slipstream and Election shenanigans

Presented by

Oliver Wai, VP Product Marketing, Peter Rydzynski, Threat Analyst Lead and Brett Fitzpatrick, Threat Hunter

About this talk

Dubbed "a neat and clever hack," the NAT Slipstream attack is in the news this month, allowing attackers to access hosts behind NAT and bypass firewall security controls. Our analysts will explore this novel threat along with some repeat 2020 performers including Emotet/Trickbot and, of course, more ransomware. We'll take a look at the U.S. election through the lens of a defaced presidential website, with a special focus on Iran and impact of nation-state attacks.
