The hidden impact: climate risk and property value loss - Is subsidence the next flood?

The commercial insurance industry has long recognised that submissions, especially those with complex Schedules of Values (SOVs), are a major point of friction. Underwriters spend hours rekeying unstructured data into systems not designed to handle messy spreadsheets and ugly PDFs.
