To have the most successful and well-rounded travel industry, representation of marginalized groups in industry must improve. To invoke this change, the majority must help, support and advocate for the minority. If engaged correctly, allies hold the power and the key to stimulate positive change. In this session we take a deep dive into the concept of Allyship and how this can be used to drive diversity and inclusion within the travel industry.
