About this talk

Technologies that encourage communication, sharing and other interaction with research output – leave “footprints” which lead back to those interested in the research and their reasons. Technologies that make processing big data possible enables researchers to categorize and analyze all metric data from the many interactions. Now, questions are increasingly easier to answer. Research metrics that immediately measure awareness and interest give us new ways to uncover and tell the stories of research. In this session, we will be investigating how to showcase research impact with PlumX Metrics. This is a live session with interactive capabilities with attendees, we encourage you to attend and share your stories on the value of PlumX Metrics and how you are using these to talk about your research impact.
