"From 2017 to 2023, the millimeter wave technology market will grow by 35.2% CAGR” All measurement equipment is limited by its performance and the imperfections of its internal components. The impact of these imperfections is amplified at mmWave frequencies, where wavelengths are much shorter. At these high frequencies, relatively small changes to the measurement plane generate greater uncertainties in measurement results. As more advanced applications move to higher frequencies and broadband signals, it is essential that measurement accuracy is known and maintained.
