About this talk

OEMs are learning that developing proprietary software architectures does not necessarily accelerate their progress towards electric and autonomous vehicles. Proprietary code, custom designs are giving way to a complete architectural revolution, centered on the concept of the software-defined vehicle (SDV). Transitioning to a SDV is massively complex, requiring a combination of modern architectures, connected systems and a guaranteed interoperability with legacy technologies to fulfill the need for high-performing domains. In this webinar, RTI will present the scope of modern architectures and discuss how the SDV transition has given rise to global industry cooperation and standardization, which is accelerating time to production while optimizing cost, time to market and flexibility.
