About this talk

Join us as we discuss the cabling infrastructure testing methodologies that should be considered for today's Smart Building network environments. For cable contractors and system integrators who are responsible for the deployment and certification of these cabling systems, we'll discuss not only the certification tests that should be performed, particularly for those who rely on cable manufacturer warranty programs, but we'll also discuss the extended testing that should be done to assure the cabling infrastructure can support the intended applications. We will also discuss how to manage Moves/Adds/Changes and general wired and wireless network troubleshooting for network engineers and frontline network support teams. We'll also be taking a look at AEM's innovative testing technology called Certi-Lite, which provides single-ended standards based cable testing. As we look at this technology we'll contrast and compare Certi-Lite and traditional bi-directional certification, and discuss the appropriate applications for both. We'll have time for Q&A at the end of this presentation. Interested in talking to one of our experts?
