About this talk

Digital twins are the most intuitive way to store, organize and access the incredible amount of data generated by complex smart buildings, allowing owners, operators and built environment professionals real-time insights to strategize and optimize every aspect of a building’s operations. Importantly, the system becomes more robust over time with the addition of new data. This session will explore the development of a digital twin for Brookfield’s 1 Manhattan West project, one of the world’s most preeminent and cutting-edge office properties, a 67-story office high rise in a historic, multi-property, mixed-use development. The session will explore the development of the DT, as well as the benefits and use cases for different stakeholders. Learn how the development of a digital version of the building provides real-time insights that enables Brookfield to create new building management efficiencies, optimize the LEED Gold building’s sustainability efforts and improve the overall experience of the building’s world-class tenants, including EY, the NHL, Skadden, Accenture, Pharo and McKool Smith.
