About this talk

The first session will focus on the time after the first notification of loss is registered and the critical response to the instruction being received by the restoration company. From understanding the peril and nature of the event, understanding the property, contents and the insured expectations. How communication is key, from building rapport with the insured and also working very closely with the Loss Adjuster. Within this session we will share in detail how we approach such events, the importance of the survey and its role in collecting information but recognising how this visit can help reduce secondary damage.
