About this talk

1 in 4 Line Managers report that they are managing more people than before the Covid-19 pandemic, some with teams of as many as 50+ people. Line Managers need to be a coach, mentor, confidant, motivator, engager, morale booster, risk assessor, disciplinarian…the list goes on. This webinar will look at: - What Line managers can do to support their wellbeing - What line manager support is available when an employee becomes absent - Hints and tips on how to manage absence - How to make full use of all the great benefits and services to which they might already have access - How effective employee communication can improve awareness of the wellbeing services provided
