There are three current programs, "A Table Plus Two Chairs," "Sharpen Your Skills Micro Workshops" and "The Professional Women's Advancement Summit," where Francine Parham serves as the content curator and host.

This workshop is all about aligning your presence with your unique, personal power. During this micro workshop, we will explore relevant topics including personal branding, executive presence, effective communication, confidence and more. You will walk away with a greater understanding of how you can show up as your best self at work and beyond!

Telling Your Professional Story to Advance Your Career

It’s a fact, having a mentor won’t get you to the next level in your career or promoted as a woman or woman of color in the workplace, but a sponsor will. A sponsor can help you – if you’re prepared.      
 
So the question is, are you ready to be sponsored? Do you really know what it takes or how to get there? Do you know what to look for in a sponsor – all are not created equal. Are you visible enough to those leaders that can sponsor and help you get promoted in your organization? Does your organization even know that you are seeking sponsorship?
