Telling Your Professional Story to Advance Your Career

It’s a fact, having a mentor won’t get you to the next level in your career or promoted as a woman or woman of color in the workplace, but a sponsor will. A sponsor can help you – if you’re prepared.      
 
So the question is, are you ready to be sponsored? Do you really know what it takes or how to get there? Do you know what to look for in a sponsor – all are not created equal.
