A Table + Two Chairs is a monthly invitation-only event with a small group of senior level professional women that represent being at “The Table.” An expert on a specific topic is invited to join the group to share their expertise and insights on a specific topic. The “two chairs,” are two junior (mid-career) women who could benefit from hearing the conversation. Topic: Creating a Culture for Women and Women of Color to Advance in the Workplace April’s topic is focused on creating the right culture as a key factor in helping women and women of color succeed and advance in the workplace. Join Dr. Christine Robinson, Ed.D, Executive Director, Office of Assessment and Accreditation University of North Carolina as she shares her research and discusses best practices from academia focused on the importance of culture and creating the right environment. The discussion takes what she has learned and applies it to the corporate world.
