A professional development media channel founded by Francine Parham, Founder and CEO of FrancineParham and Co., that produces and provides content focused on career advancement for women and women of color in the workplace. There are three current programs, "A Table Plus Two Chairs," "Sharpen Your Skills Micro Workshops" and "The Professional Women's Advancement Summit," where Francine Parham serves as the content curator and host.

Telling Your Professional Story to Advance Your Career

It’s a fact, having a mentor won’t get you to the next level in your career or promoted as a woman or woman of color in the workplace, but a sponsor will. A sponsor can help you – if you’re prepared.      
 
So the question is, are you ready to be sponsored? Do you really know what it takes or how to get there? Do you know what to look for in a sponsor – all are not created equal. Did you ever feel like the company culture was happening to you? We experience culture in our workplaces every day--in our sense of belonging, how decisions are made, how people behave, in our interactions, and in all aspects of how we work.
