Since the COVID pandemic began, forward thinking female leaders have been changing the game in every sector and every industry, across the globe. But women are also 250% more likely to leave the workplace as compared to their male peers at this time. In order for a working woman to capitalize on the potential for massive growth that this unique moment in time affords, she needs to be able to show up and bring her voice forward, even when the going gets tough. She needs to be able to source energy on demand, to step out of survival mode, and to cultivate an authentic sense of hope. And for that, she needs deep resilience.
