About this talk

Would ready access to program assessment data help you make better, collaborative decisions to drive student success? The School of Education, Human Performance, and Health at University of South Carolina Upstate knew that data was the key to better decisions. With a spirit of collaboration, they created semiannual “Data Days” to present and discuss data, and put it into action to make key program decisions. Using assessment data from Watermark solutions, they share trends and red flags via an internal website, then meet with faculty, administration, and community stakeholders to inform future plans. See examples and outcomes of this program in this webinar, where you’ll learn: - How USC Upstate gathered this data and analyzed it for best decision-making - How they shared key data digitally, with examples - How a culture of data access, transparency, and analysis can drive measurable success
