When it comes to learning outcomes reporting, how do you get faculty to understand what they’re doing and why? Purdue University will review their ambitious project to use Planning & Self-Study and Faculty Success (formerly Digital Measures) to not only create a framework to centralize and streamline multi-location course and program learning outcome reporting but also providing complementary tools for faculty to establish personal goals and implementation results for learning innovation. Attendees will walk away with a greater appreciation for the complexity of recording learning outcomes and the time investment required for faculty to report on goals and outcomes. Purdue will also share best practices for helping faculty understand the purpose of course learning objectives within the program and for accreditation, how to create reporting efficiencies with Planning & Self-Study and Faculty Success, ways to use these tools to support faculty growth and course development.
