This session will focus on how one college systematically approached and implemented Faculty Success (formerly known as Digital Measures) in alignment with The University of North Carolina Wilmington’s commitment to adopting the system across campus. The session will cover the steps taken to get buy-in from key stakeholders and methods of empowering and energizing faculty and support staff to embrace the new tool. In addition, you’ll learn how the pilot phase, troubleshooting, training, and orientation for new faculty helped inform User Guide content and template design for faculty annual reports. Finally, the session will include tips on how to maintain a new culture around utilizing Faculty Success, using examples from the university and college’s ongoing efforts to maximize and institutionalize the full capabilities and features of Faculty Success.
