About this talk

Staying Flexible: Using Technology to Adapt to Challenges Watermark Institutional Effectiveness Series Many colleges and universities are familiar with the challenge of using limited resources to make a campus-wide impact. As expanding priorities reduce the budget for new technology, institutions must often do more with less. Limiting your technology stack to a few high-value, adaptable solutions can be one of the best ways to maximize your impact. This is the approach that South Central College has taken in their own student success strategy. At first, the team was looking for a solution that would bridge the communication gap between students and faculty. They wanted a solution that could help them personalize communication to build strong connections between students and their success team. Not only did Student Success & Engagement fill this need, but over time the team discovered it was also able to adapt to meet SCC’s other needs including: tracking student government, managing caseloads, and creating more targeted communications. In this webinar, learn about the value of flexible technology solutions from a college that has successfully adapted their own systems to maximize their institutional effectiveness.
