Mark’s strength lies in his ability to combine expertise in loss adjusting with his understanding of the underlying issues arising for utility companies. As a result, he is well-placed to handle all aspects of major incident response. This includes leading a highly-specialised team of suppliers, with the capability to tackle the complex issues that arise. Having worked with utility clients for over 10 years, dealing with their largest of losses, Mark has been at the forefront of the creation of a unique approach that saves reputational damage, and reduces cost. He has spoken at public meetings and recently run a major insurance repair project for a London borough. He holds qualifications in insurance, loss adjusting, project management and mental health first-aid.
