En ny bekendtgørelse er nu i høring, med en mere dybdegående specifikation af, hvad man må og ikke må i forhold til proaktiv hjælp.

Regres er et emne, som flere og flere forsikringsselskaber og selvforsikrede enheder har fået øjnene op for. Der er nemlig god økonomi i at rejse krav over for tredjepart. Mens skader er indregnet i prisen på forsikringspræmien, går vundne regressager direkte på bundlinjen. Men det kan være svært at komme i gang med regresarbejdet og med at identificere de rette sager. Markante ændringer i Arbejdsskadesikringsloven er lige på trapperne. Ændringerne udspringer af en reformaftale fra 2022, som alle partierne var enige om. Vi forventer, at loven bliver endeligt vedtaget i indeværende måned og træder i kraft per. 1/7 2024.
