Proaktiv hjælp og støtte til sygemeldte medarbejdere der har været udsat for en arbejdsskade, er et større punkt i den ny arbejdsskadereform, som er lige på trapperne. En ny bekendtgørelse er nu i høring, med en mere dybdegående specifikation af, hvad man må og ikke må i forhold til proaktiv hjælp. 

- Men hvad indebærer proaktiv hjælp? 
- Hvad giver lovgivningen mulighed for? 
- Og hvordan kan det gøres i praksis?
 
Det er nogle af de punkter, vi gerne vil drøfte på dette webinar. 

Thisted er en kommune der i flere år allerede har tilbudt proaktiv hjælp til deres medarbejdere. Derfor har vi inviteret dem med til webinaret, hvor de vil give eksempler på, hvordan de løfter opgaven i praksis.

Regres er et emne, som flere og flere forsikringsselskaber og selvforsikrede enheder har fået øjnene op for. Der er nemlig god økonomi i at rejse krav over for tredjepart. Mens skader er indregnet i prisen på forsikringspræmien, går vundne regressager direkte på bundlinjen. Men det kan være svært at komme i gang med regresarbejdet og med at identificere de rette sager. På dette webinar vil Cand.Jur. og specialist i regres, Kristoffer Kreinøe gå i dybden med, hvordan man identificerer regressager og med bevissikring.

Markante ændringer i Arbejdsskadesikringsloven er lige på trapperne. Ændringerne udspringer af en reformaftale fra 2022, som alle partierne var enige om. Vi forventer, at loven bliver endeligt vedtaget i indeværende måned og træder i kraft per. 1/7 2024.  

På dette webinar vil vi give dig et overblik over de ny lovændringer, og hvad der helt konkret rammer os alle, der sidder med arbejdsskade, til sommer.

This session will consider what were previously universally adopted market agreements as to how BI claims in the UK should be handled; they took practice beyond policy wordings. Are they still in force?

The webinar will explain about the challenge of flood risk, in terms of overall risk and different types of flooding and how the risk is assessed.  Then exploring the opportunities to make properties more flood resilience using a case study used to explain what is possible.

This presentation will take a brief look at what'shot in the luxury market. It will also serve as a reminder of the importance of authenticity, providing some examples to demonstrate how provenance, condition and rarity add value. A panel Q&A will conclude the session.

Following on from our first webinar focused on basement flooding in this HNW series, in this second episode, Kevin Williams, Head of Subsidence at Sedgwick, will give an overview of managing subsidence claims for HNW properties and the complications which come with listed buildings and bespoke finishes.
