About this talk
Bosch decided to use LeanIX exactly 5 years ago. At that time, LeanIX confidently faced the challenge of meeting the needs of a global company with a large and complex IT landscape. We at Bosch had the vision to make our entire IT landscape transparent with a central platform that could be filled with the necessary information by all interested and affected users worldwide. Over the whole 5 years we had a common goal: to grow together on these challenges. In our presentation we will show how Bosch tackled this challenge, what lessons we learned and what key factors helped us to realize the vision and reach the goal.
