About this talk

Please join us for our Wisetail Well-being at Work webinar, “Emotional Regulation 101 – Practical Tips to Have a Better Day”. In this webinar we’ll discuss how we practice emotional regulation from the moment we wake up to the time we go to sleep. Participants will explore how to begin to pay attention to the body, identify their physiological states of arousal, and learn to shift to the emotional state that is required for daily tasks. Participants will leave with an understanding of: - How to begin to listen to the body, which gives us clues about how we’re doing and what we need. - How to identify states of anxiety (hyperarousal) and depression (hypoarousal) in the context of the model of the “Window of Tolerance”. - several concrete skills to practice emotional regulation and get the most out of their day.
