About this talk
The network landscape has changed significantly in recent years. After a long period of a relatively standardized, static model of layer 2 and layer 3 services based on LAN and core network topologies, new capabilities have become more prevalent. These include technologies like public/private/hybrid cloud networking, SDN, SD-WAN, virtualization/containerization of network functions, and the explosive growth in demand for fully functional, remote worker access. Due to these new technology additions, the CLI-centric network of the past has been disrupted by dynamic, virtualized, API-centric functions and applications. With each new technology introducing additional complexity to the operations and management of the network, developers and users need access to “same day” availability of network services with the same agility and flexibility that has come to be associated with the public cloud providers.
In this webinar, hear how S&P Global Digital Network Services team has developed an automation strategy using the Itential Automation Platform to automate and orchestrate both traditional and emerging network technologies and provide self service capabilities in order to significantly improve agility, velocity, and to better align network services and capabilities with business objectives.
Itential is the only automation platform built to support both network and cloud, making it easy for enterprise organizations to maintain network compliance, reduce manual operations, and simplify network management. The Itential Automation Platform is a low-code cloud-native SaaS solution that seamlessly connects IT systems with network technologies for end-to-end network configuration, compliance, and automation.…
