About this talk

5G provides cloud service providers additional monetization and growth opportunities with Network-as-a-Platform. The end-to-end 5G network architecture comprises a modern radio access network (NG-RAN), multiaccess edge computing (MEC), 5G core service-based architecture (SBA), and IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) core and application services layer transitioning into service-based interface (SBI)—all built on an innovative AI/ML-enabled cloud-native telco cloud. In this session, we will discuss: Best practices in designing, deploying, and operating each network layer (RAN, access, core, and application) with cloud techniques. Guiding principles to provide scalability, flexibility, provisioning, and abstraction to transform the cloud service provider journey. PRESENTERS: Mandeep Singh Director of Product Development, RAN Business Unit Mavenir Shujaur Mufti Senior Manager, Global Partners Solution Architecture and Edge Red Hat Rimma Iontel Chief Architect - Global Telco Red Hat
