About this talk

Where does work end and "life" begin? At some point, you've likely asked yourself this question. While it's widely recognized that waning employee mental health has spurred what some are calling "the Great Resignation," less discussed is the role businesses themselves have inadvertently played in the over 21 million Americans who voluntarily left their jobs between July and November 2021. The fact is, blurred work-life balance and high work stress has become the new normal. In fact, according to a new study by Qualtrics, 58% of workers say their jobs are the main source of their mental health challenges. The good news is: as an employer, you can be a key part of the solution. As Americans across all industries reconsider how they live and work, mental health support from their employers will be key to keeping them healthy, happy, and productive. Join Ginger for a candid discussion about how leading employers are taking meaningful steps to increase worker well-being to support a thriving employee experience. In this webinar, we’ll cover: - Current trends and attitudes around mental health and well-being - Shifting mental health needs and the important role employers play in holistically addressing them - How taking a preventative approach to wellness can help stem the tide of our mental health crisis - Solutions that show innovative and promising outcomes
