A Leadership Roundtable with Forrester and Pandora. In a recent survey we conducted among marketers, we found two-thirds of respondents experienced some sort of marketing fraud in the past year. However, we found there wasn’t consensus on who “owns” the problem: 33% of respondents said marketing fraud was the responsibility of the security organization, 27% said it belonged to the digital department, and 40% said it was marketing’s job (respondents could choose more than one option). The answer is simpler than most think: it’s everyone’s responsibility to work together to eradicate fraud.
