Pandemic and economic downturns have created multiple roadblocks for patients to access critical medications. Similarly, these trying times have also put constraints on physical consultation. These new limitations demand a more holistic patient support solution and call to digitize the patients' journey as opposed to the traditional paper and pen approach. The journey needs to be more patient-centric in order to create awareness among the patients, ensure treatment adherence as well as timely and affordable access to critical medicines. In addition, adopting digitization practices will also enhance the Healthcare Professionals' (HCPs) experience by reducing the documentation burden on them in their day-to-day operations. Following this webinar, participants will be able to: - Understand the importance of digitization in the Patient Assistance Program/ Patient Support Program (PAP/ PSP) - Be vigilant of the overall patient journey - Meet regulatory reporting mandates timely and accurately - Adopt best practices to reduce the burden on the HCPs, and real-time data support for effective decision making
