About this talk

TIA TR-60 introduces Lifecycle Management (LCM) strategic business concepts into IT and ICT management, enabling good decisions from “cradle to grave” for technology products, services, or systems. The suite of TR-60 standards will provide a framework for planning, implementing, and managing ICT resources including people, processes, and technology. TIA TR-60 covers lifecycle planning, design, implementation, operations, and information management - bringing together process and practices to ensure balance between change, business value and costs. TR-60 is intended to help technology, governance, human resources, security, and supply chain professionals provide positive business outcomes when challenged with improving control and having confidence in managing the constant change within an ecosystem that encompasses scores of hardware, software, networks across a wide range of systems, environments, and people.
