The covid pandemic has accelerated a trend that has been in place for some time and there is increasing demand on businesses to diversify how they engage with customers, which presents both opportunities and challenges.
Embracing omnichannel promises significant increases in total addressable market and new opportunities to diversify business models. These changes come with new tax challenges that businesses frequently find themselves unprepared to deal with in short timeframes.
In this session we will look at some of the typical channel and model changes that we see in the market, and we will look at the typical tax challenges that arise on the back of these changes and how businesses might best address these challenges.
