Diversity & Leadership: How can financial services become more inclusive?

In the celebration of International Women’s Day 2024, we're delighted to host three of the most influential female leaders in financial services for a no-holds-barred discussion focused on this year’s theme. OUR GUESTS: Kim Gubler launched the governance consultancy KGC associates in 2002 and is an advocate of inclusivity by design to deliver better outcomes for all pensions savers. In 2019, Kim was named Chair of Pensions Administration Standards Association (PASA) and is a professional trustee. Kim is also a Fellow of the PMI and Pensions Advisory Service. Jackie Boylan is the Global Head of Investor Servicing for Fidelity International. Passionate about contributing beyond her day job, she has been the Executive Co-Sponsor of Global Gender Balance, and sat on the Global Diversity and Inclusion Council. She also forms part of the Global Early Careers Council. Karen O’Sullivan is Senior Director, EMEA TA Product at BNY Mellon. She joined the company in 2007 and performed a variety of TA management roles before assuming her current role in 2020. Karen is responsible for leading the strategic product evolution for EMEA TA. Karen holds a BComm from University College Cork.
