About this talk

In today's 'always on' culture, managing employee burnout has become a priority for many organisations, with a survey from careers site Indeed finding that over half of respondents already felt burned out, and more than two-thirds felt that things had gotten worse in the aftermath of the Covid-19 pandemic. With burnout now officially recognised by the World Health Organization as an occupational health issue, many workers have taken matters of burnout into their own hands, choosing to prioritise their mental health through self-care and striving to find a better work-life balance. But, does the responsibility for managing burnout sit with the employee or the employer? Speakers include: - Debbie Bullock (she/her) | Wellbeing Lead, AVIVA - Laura & Barry Ash | Founders & Owners, Rock Solid Health - Alexandra Rafter | Head of Commercial, Remit Training
