About this talk

There is no denying that organisations perform better when their workforce is happy and healthy, but according to mental health charity Mind, around 1 in 6 workers are currently dealing with with a mental health problem such as anxiety, depression or stress. Supporting workers when they are struggling with their mental health is key in determining how quickly they are able to get back to peak performance, and standing by your employees whilst they are struggling sends a message to not only the employee, but the wider workforce about your organisation and it's values. So, where is the line between performance management and supporting ill-health? Speakers include: - Sarah Wilson | Director of HR, Hull University - Natasha Giles | Regional People and Culture Director - UK & Europe, Les Mills UK - Jodie Battson | Head of UK Partnerships, Western Union Business Solutions - Tamara McMillen | Non-Executive Director, Wilton & Bain - James Ski | CEO & Founder, Sales Confidence
