Sebastian is a business psychologist specialised in leadership and SME assessments, with extensive experience gained over more than 16 years working with Fortune 500 organisations mainly in Europe and Latin America. He is the director of Atelier Insights, a boutique consultancy specialised in talent assessment solutions. Hs particularly keen on the challenges behind concepts commonly used in the organisational world (such as ‘potential’) and on the impact assessment and development related initiatives have on employees, especially in terms of justice and fairness. Josie is a chartered and registered occupational and forensic psychologist and lectures in psychology at university. Her career has focused on assessment, in the public sector (Department for Work & Pensions, the Prison Service and Learning & police). Latterly, she moved in to consulting, specialising in the assessment of senior leaders for recruitment, development or promotion. She has a particular interest in neurodivergency and encouraging cognitive diversity. She is Head of Talent Identification at Talogy.
