Pandemic restrictions have helped improve our understanding of hybrid work and jump-starting its adoption. 52% of workers would prefer a more flexible working model post-pandemic —compared with 30% pre pandemic. Hybrid work has therefore shifted to becoming the daily lived experience of people globally. Given the variety of possible arrangements across the hybrid work spectrum, it is important for organisations to approach implementation with flexibility, open mindedness, a holistic view of individuals and their teams, and a willingness to constantly iterate.
