About this talk

New Title IX requirements could be approved in October 2023, meaning that institutions will need to update their policies and procedures. Some of these changes include expanded definitions for sex and gender-based misconduct, coverage of off-campus conduct, and changes to response protocols. Schools will have to change the way they address sexual harassment on and off campus, making Title IX compliance a major focus for 2024. If the changes are not announced until 2024, then current policies and procedures will need to be reviewed and, when necessary, tightened up to ensure they both compliant with regulatory standards and also in keeping with best and emerging practices. As we consider potential changes to the regulatory environment, schools also need to review the ways they gather, store, review, and share data. This webinar will provide attendees with an understanding of current best practices, expected changes to the Title IX regulatory framework, and the role of data management in developing and maintaining a best-in-class response process.
