Josh is now the Co-Founder and CEO of Optimize Practice Alliance, helping dental entrepreneurs build scalable, values-driven organizations.

Manji Pal is the Founder and CEO of Resonate AI, which helps DSOs and group practices convert missed calls into new patients through AI automation. With over a decade in tech, including leadership roles at Microsoft and Houzz, Manji holds five granted patents in Machine Learning and AI for consumer applications and is a member of the Forbes Technology Council.
