All organizations face ongoing threats from phishing attacks, insider threats, and other trajectories. It is evident that no organization will be able to hire or afford enough cyber security to mitigate or intercept every risk. Security strategy has to start with building a culture in which every employee is responsible for information security. A culture that imbues employee with the training and situational awareness to identify and respond (or not respond, as the case may be) to incoming threats.
