Prior to founding Trava, he was a faculty scholar at Purdue University where he served as a professor and associate department head. He started a research lab serving the FBI and trust organizations for cloud computing companies that included Salesforce. And while at Salesforce he was responsible for enterprise-wide security governance, risk management, and compliance and built the company's first Security GRC organization.
