Building Your Brand Community with Social Media

While everyone is scrambling to figure out the how-tos of social
media, most companies are misreading the landscape and are in danger of losing competitive position. More than a PR tool, social media is driving a cultural shift that ignores the traditional top-down approach (a company telling you what to think about them) and demands a two-way exchange of ideas, emotions and information. For those who heed the trend, this creates opportunity for brands to build trust and forge sustainable relationships beyond the product sale—creating communities around their brand that influence and drive product innovation, marketing, sales, organizational development and business strategy.

This webinar will help you understand the dynamics of the business shift that social media has necessitated and the ways in which you can harness social media to build your brand community for sustainability and profitability.

Jen Travis has eleven years of agency and consulting experience in integrated branding and over 5 years experience in providing clients with strategic online brand experience, social media and brand strategy.

She is passionate about helping clients deliver a consistent and compelling online experience and believes this starts with a clear understanding of a company’s audiences and their brand. As the Vice President of the Online Brand EX group at Parker LePla, she builds and manages client relationships and serves as the lead strategist in the development of online brand strategies.

She has worked with private, non-profit and public organizations of all sizes including The Wilderness Society, The Beryl Companies, Foster School of Business, Group Health Credit Union, Global Smart Infrastructures, South Puget Sound Community College and Seattle Public Utilities.

Joel Harrison, Helen Coetzee, Carolyn Morgan & Faye Carter,
B2B events have been through a transformation that’s both fast and furious, since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. And there’s little sign of the pace of change slowing down – if anything, it’s only speeding up, as digital events platforms accelerate development and buyers become more discerning.

So, where does that leave B2B marketers, who relied on physical events to build their brands, engage their audience and convert their leads? What must they do to build an events programme fit for 2021 and beyond? In this live webinar, we’ll explore how this critical challenge is likely to evolve, and how marketers (and salespeople) must respond to them.

    We’ll examine:
    - How to engage increasingly time-poor and discerning buyers with digital events
    - How to prepare for the end of social distancing and a return to physical events
    - How the events tech sector has responded to COVID-19, and how to find the right technology
    - What exactly a hybrid event is, and what’s required to run one
    - How to ensure new event formats continue to meet sales objectives
