Energy Efficient Whitehall Webinar

Presented by

Ian Meikle, Technology Strategy Board

About this talk

The Technology Strategy Board is running a £2.75 million SBRI initiative seeking solutions to improve the energy efficiency of buildings in Whitehall. The competition aims to demonstrate innovative retrofit solutions that reduce demand for energy and cut carbon dioxide emissions at existing goverment office buildings. The deadline for applications is 19th April 2010. Click here to download a copy of the competition brief and supporting documents. In February 2010 the MBE KTN ran a successful workshop which enabled businesses to find out more about the competition and to find out details about the buildings that will be part of the competition. Outputs from this workshop are available from the MBE KTN website. Due to a high level of interest, this workshop was oversubscribed. We have therefore decided to run a shortened version as a webinar. This will provide those who were unable to make the original workshop with the opportunity to see the presentations and ask any relevant questions.
