As you move up through management levels, and move through phases of product innovation and delivery, your challenges and core skills change. Directors have a different scope and set of problems than individual managers as do Product VPs. In this webinar you will learn about the skills needed to do well and succeed at each level and phase, which problems to escalate, and the right mix of strategy versus execution. By the end of the webinar, you will understand why Managers, Directors, and Vice Presidents, and CEOs need to think differently, one to the other, about strategy, people, processes, agility, and market sensing. Finally, since everyone eventually wants to be promoted, we’ll discuss the need to “think like your boss”.
