During this time he ran service management system user groups, rolled out new versions of Helpdesk systems, significantly improved operational efficiencies in technology environments and set up and managed a 24 by 7 national service desk. Johann will present on customer focused ITSM programs, specifically how to deliver high impact end to end IT Service Management programs.
