Worst practices that MUST be resolved if ITIL initiatives are to succeed and deliver value. This presentation will finish with some revolutionary and confrontational best practice advice, which if followed will change the industry.... Paul has been actively involved in ITSM for more than 15 years as Senior consultant, Service development manager and as an ITIL developer. Paul was co-author of the ITIL publication “Planning to Implement IT Service Management”. He was a member of the ITIL advisory group for ITIL Version 3. Paul is also co-director and owner of GamingWorks, co-author and cartoonist for the itSMF ‘Worst practice’ publication “IT Service management from Hell”, and most recently co-author of the serious book “ABC of ICT – An Introduction”.
