Nas Ozcan, will be presenting on getting your Service Desk and Incident Management Process fighting fit, using a best practice principles and breaking rules to get results that matter. Nas has been involved in ITIL Service Management for over 8 years for a variety of public and private sector organisations and is qualified at both v2 and v3 Expert (Red Badge) level. Over the past few years, Nas has been providing ITIL consultancy in combination with PRINCE2, to a variety of global organisations such as Telecoms and Investment Banking. Nas previous roles include ITIL Service Implementation Manager for the London Ambulance Service and Service Implementation Manager for Man Investments. He now works as an ITIL implementation / Project Manager for a Telecoms company delivering effective and more efficient services. Nas takes a pragmatic approach to using ITIL Service Management in the organisations he has been involved in, with a lot of experience in implementing ITIL processes from zero maturity. He also keeps constant focus on results that truly make a difference to customers receiving IT services.
