Join Bradley Kay, ETF Analyst at Morningstar as he moderates this panel session. Bradley will be joined by Chris Sexton, Investment Director at Saunderson House, Manooj Mistry, Head of db x-trackers UK from Deutsche Bank and Mark Weeks, Chief Executive at ETF Securities. You will be able to interact live with industry experts as they delve into investor safeguards in the various ETF structures; physical vs. synthetic ETFs, ETCs, etc. Manooj Mistry joined Deutsche Bank in May 2006 and is Head of db x-trackers in the UK and Head of ETF structuring at Deutsche Bank. Prior to Deutsche Bank, Manooj was with Merrill Lynch International in London where he was responsible for the development of the LDRS ETFs, the first ETFs to be launched in Europe and also worked on fund vehicles for the issuance of structured products. Mark Weeks is responsible for driving the ETF Exchange strategy at ETF Securities, business development and co-ordinating with all parties involved. Mark joins from UBS where he ran the highly successful Securities Lending franchise in Zurich. Prior to this, he was Managing Director at Goldman Sachs International, responsible for running the European Securities Finance sales and trading desk, servicing major institutional and hedge fund clients. Previously, Mark has worked at London Global Securities, IP Sharp and Morgan Stanley. Chris Sexton is Investment Director at Saunderson House, a leading city-based firm of financial advisors. He joined the firm in 2004 having previously spent 14 years in fund management as an equity analyst and latterly as a fund manager for the British Steel Pension fund. A graduate in economics and member of the Chartered Financial Analysts Institute, his particular areas of interest are macroeconomics and investment theory.
