Karl Whitelock, IDC – Mr. Whitelock's breadth and depth of coverage allows a holistic operations and monetization perspective pertaining to hybrid (virtual and physical) networks, customer experience evolution and enterprise partner ecosystems. He also brings several years of insight pertaining to multi-partner (B2B2X) business models, ecosystem management and cloud-based solution architecture.
