Joined Neutral Networks in 2017, playing a pivotal role in overseeing the growth of the neutral infrastructure model within the company’s portfolio.
Noé Garza, CTO, Neutral Networks
With more than 30 years of experience in the telecommunications sector, with an extensive background in developing technology strategies in the Mexican telecom infrastructure sector, leading the growth of innovative network services solutions.
As CTO of Neutral Networks, he is responsible for the areas of Engineering, Deployment and Network Operation to ensure the availability, quality and reliability of the company's infrastructure. His experience is key to the growth of the metropolitan fiber optic service, and will drive a new offer of connectivity services for the international market.
